INTRODUCTION:

  • Definition:Is the mental toughness to compete through fatigue and discomfort until break through is reached

  1. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training
  2. Do not have a spirit of fear but of Power, Love and a disciplined mind

TRAINING - TEACH POSITIVE SELF-TALK:
Practice the following GO TO STATEMENT with your team. 

  • COACH Initiates: “TESTED .... NOW WHAT?”
  • TEAM Responds: “Courage toBe Relentless

WORKOUT - PRACTICE POSITIVE SELF-TALK:
Athletes practice GO TO STATEMENT one-on-one (Three (3) times during practice.)
